Technology is a major component in the daily operations of every MINISTOP store. All stores are installed with computers connected to a server to facilitate online and quick and efficient exchange of data.
POINT OF SALES SYSTEM (POS)
First in our business system is the POS. It is a powerful, integrated and convenient point of sales solution developed by Fujitsu Limited Japan. It is used to provide the Franchisee the real time sales figure at any time of the day.
MERCHANDISE SYSTEM (MD)
The MD System is used for inventory control, and an ordering tool to help the Franchisee manage gondola/shelf space and stock replenishment easily.
PLATINUM SYSTEM
Platinum System is software used for both accounting and financial management of the Franchisee, and purchases and inventory management of the Robinsons Distribution Center or RDCI. Monthly financial statements (PL/BS) are furnished to franchisees.
EXCEED SYSTEM
The Exceed System takes care of the warehousing and logistics operation of RDCI. This is the most advanced tool in warehousing system and it facilitates faster ordering and dispatch because transactions are done on-line.
