Store Advisers

•  The Store Adviser's major role is to be the counsel of the owner or franchisee and their employees in recommending ways to control the store's expenses, solve the operational problems, and maximize sales through compliance of QSC+A and identifying opportunity losses.
•  The Store Adviser visits the store twice a week with a minimum of one (1)-hour stay inside the store.
•  The Store Adviser makes an assessment of the store based on a checklist and settles an agreement with the owner or franchisee.
•  The Store Adviser provides the owner or franchisee vital information based on market survey and customer flow analysis.
•  The Store Adviser reviews Financial Statements (Profit and Loss/Balance Sheet) with the Franchisee

Pre - Opening Support

•  Opening Officers hands-on support on receiving, display of merchandise, testing of equipment and final preparation prior to opening.
•  Opening Assistance from Training Officers on training store crew
•  Help and advise on ordering and maintenance of standards
•  Walk-through the various procedure on operations and alignment of shift & work schedule
•  Stand-by technical support for the POS servers and terminals and reconfiguration of the POS server from IT Specialist
